Hello my name is julie im 42 years of aged im a mother of 4 i have grandchildren that i have two take care off i gotten laid off from my job may 10 2025 i been diagnosed with fibroids and i really need two get an emergency surgery two get them removed i have been losing blood and needing blood transfusions and if i dont get them removed i willl always be needing two get blood transfusions but im not able two pay the full amount or anything plus paying the bills i can really use anyones help at this time im not usually a person who asks for help but in order for me to stop being weak and tired and sick i need this done until i try to see what programs or what there is out there i will needing to do some part butthank you and god bless you
