hello, my name is Stephanie Paz and I am trying to collect money because I need to see my psychiatrist to give me medicine the medicine I recieve is sertraline 50 mgs, quietapine 50 mgs as well as benztropine 1mg but since I do not have a source of income I may not see my psychiatrist unless I have insurance or income I am 23 years old unemployed and I suffer from constant seizures which is the reason I have no employment as of now, no employer will accept when I have a seizure or emergency anything helps God bless all.
