Hi everyone,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for your help for our beloved mother, Anita, who is currently fighting for her life after undergoing multiple critical surgeries.
In February 2025, our mom was diagnosed with a large pituitary adenoma, a serious brain tumor that required urgent neurosurgery at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH). In a matter of weeks, she had to undergo two brain operations and one tracheostomy procedure due to complications from her condition. She has also battled sepsis from pneumonia and urinary tract infection.
Though the surgeries were successful, our mother remains under close monitoring and care, still recovering and slowly responding to treatment. She has been in the hospital since February 23, and while she has made progress, her recovery journey is far from over.
We, her children, have done everything we can — from seeking help from government agencies to taking out personal loans — just to keep up with the mounting medical expenses. We’ve received assistance from some institutions and generous individuals, but the funds have already been exhausted, especially due to the medicine, nutrition support, and professional medical fees not covered by any financial aid.
The hospital has already cleared her for discharge, but we cannot bring her home until we settle the fees and hospital charges, which are beyond our current means.
This is why we’re knocking on your hearts to help cover these urgent costs and safely bring our mother back home.
Any amount you can give, no matter how small, will go a long way toward easing the financial burden on our family and giving our mother a fighting chance at recovery and comfort.
We know times are tough for everyone, and your support — whether through donations, sharing this page, or sending your prayers — means the world to us.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping our mother continue her journey toward healing. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
With hope and gratitude,
Anita’s children
