This is for my 13 year old son. He is autistic and completely nonverbal. His name is Chad. he can communicate in his own unique way. Chad is homeschooled. We dont get to do things that cost money, but Chad absolutely loves to swim. We have faced many many difficulties trying to find some way for him to get exercise by doing something he adores. Life is already so difficult for him, i want to improve his mental and physical heath. there is a YMCA the next town over and they have a pool. Im trying to raise enough for a membership. I’ve never done this before so I’m very nervous to reach out and ask for help. My beautiful boy has been through so much but God has blessed us in so many ways. Im not used to asking for help but im a full time mom and caregiver for 2 disabled children. Chad has a little brother who is 6, his name is Gavreil and he was just diagnosed with autism a few months ago. They are both INCREDABLE kids who dont get to do things like other kids. My goal is to make their lives as normal and amazing as possible.
