Hello my name is Zalika Rankin. I am a 23 year old female who suffers with lupus and dialysis. I am not able to work. I have no source of income. I am on a special diet because of the dialysis and I am not able to eat right because I dont have money to buy my own groceries. I need this money to be able to buy food and my medication at least until I am healthy enough to work for my own money. I have tried getting disability and food stamps but I have filled the applications out numerous times and have not gotten a response. Whatever you are willing to donate will be greatly appreciated.
