Wes is a happy-go-lucky 3-year-old and is currently receiving treatment for high-risk neuroblastoma at Boston Children’s Hospital through the Jimmy Fund Clinic. He was originally diagnosed with ganglioneuroblastoma in October 2024. The one symptom that he had was Harlequin syndrome—only half his face would get red when he got hot or flushed. Come to find out, this was due to a nerve compression from the tumor. He had surgery in November to remove most of the tumor, but because of where it is located, they couldn’t remove it completely. Since then, the cancer has spread to his bones, and the tumor began to grow back. His first round of chemo began on May 29. Wes has a long, difficult treatment road ahead. We have faith that it will be an even more beautiful life on the other side of all this. Until then, all of your support, prayers, and love are very much appreciated.
