Rosemary “Rose” Metz, on Nov. 15, 2024, at 6:46 pm, traveling from West Ashley on Rt. 61, was involved in a horrible, death-defying crash she amazingly survived. Although she miraculously was alive, it wasn’t without major injuries requiring major surgery. The motorist who left his lane, airborne, careening into Rose, was uninsured, leaving all medical weight solely on her. Although insured, the first correction surgery well surpassed her insurance limits.
Although life-saving, this first surgery left her struggling, needing another surgery to correct the entire shoulder and spine that, without, can leave her partially paralyzed or worse. The initial copayments to have a quality of life surgery performed are beyond financial grasp. Disabled and now with this medical burden, even basic rent, food, and essentials are becoming unobtainable.
With no other resources, she needs help now more than ever. The devoted wife, mother, and grandmother’s quality of living needs our help. No one needs to suffer because of greedy medical and insurance. Please help now!
