My name is Rhonda Hyland . I am 83 years old and live with my wonderful sister and a wonderful dog name Dubs. I am currently fighting cancer and recently was told I need to have my cataracts removed. My vision has become so blurry that it’s difficult for me to see well at all. With the surgery, my left eye is worse and insurance will not cover the special lens for that eye.. It will cover my right eye. I still have to pay for the surgery room which is about $500 for both surgeries. Can you find it in your heart to help me? I have applied for a loan with several different companies and they turned me down because I don’t have a credit rating and I’m pretty sure my age is part of that although they cannot discriminate against my age.
