Hi, Patrick Simms (aged 31) is a loving husband, and father to 2 beautiful girls. He was born with a congenital heart defect which resulted in him having open heart surgery at age 4. His heart has now weakened, and he will be having a very risky surgery mid June. This surgery will be leaving him out of work for an unknown time period. Any and all donations will go directly to making sure he receives the best medical care, and to help his family during this hard financial time. Thank you, and God Bless.
