Hey everyone, this is my wife of 10 years, mother of 3 kids. My wife found a big lump in her breast and went and had a mammogram done. She has a very high chance of cancer from what they saw, and it’s in her lymph nodes also. Breast cancer runs in her family, and we are hoping that it’s not, but we won’t know until she has her biopsy this Wednesday. I set this fundraiser account up for her and for us to help with medical bills and regular bills we have where she might not be able to work if she starts treatment.
I’m really worried for her and for our kids if this goes bad, but I pray it doesn’t because she is way too young at age 33, and our kids are still too young to lose their mother. I could use everyone who wants to help us. My wife is always the one taking care of the family, and I don’t know what I’ll do without her. She is so giving and always helping others and family. She is also a tech at the hospital, helping others get better—just a wonderful mother and person. So if you want to help, we would really appreciate it so much and need lots of prayers. So, my wife got her results back, and she does have breast cancer. She will be having a mastectomy on both breasts and reconstructive surgery. It was a big shock to us, and so with that said, we will need lots of prayers, and if you would like to help, I set this fundraiser up for our family to help with expenses. Merissa has done 5 treatments of chemo and has her ups and downs where she’s feeling sick, and other days she’s okay. She’s still at the beginning of it and has a long road ahead still. We could still use more donations because bills are adding up. After chemo, she will be having her surgery and won’t be working so she can heal. Thanks for all the prayers.
