Hey guys! This is probably going to be embarrassing for my mom, but I’m trying to help her. If you know my mom, you know she would do anything for anyone. She’s always trying to help others in any way she can.
Mom is needing a hip replacement. Her hip is so bad that she’s unable to walk, which is causing her to not be able to work. She had to go get a dental clearance today as the last step before surgery. She was unable to get cleared for surgery due to her teeth. She’s needing to get all her bad teeth pulled. If any of her teeth have cavities or infections, it can cause her new hip to get infected. She went to a low-income dentist today.
It’s going to cost her $1,800 to get all her teeth pulled. Which is really what we need to raise. But I don’t want her to have to go around without any teeth. If she were to get all her teeth pulled and dentures, it will be $3,500. She doesn’t want me doing this, but she needs a new hip and deserves to be pain-free!
