I’m reaching out on behalf of a dear family facing an unimaginable challenge. Mansur is a bright 15-year-old boy with autism who has inspired many with his strength and achievements—winning academic prizes, attending regular school, and bringing joy to those around him.

But in 2019, Mansur was diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer. After years of treatment, emergency surgery in Istanbul removed the main tumor. Now, life-threatening spinal metastases remain. He urgently needs complex surgery and rehabilitation—costing €211,000—within the next 30 days.

The family has exhausted all resources. Without this treatment, the consequences could be devastating.
