Support Lelia Perez’s Fight Against AML

Hello everyone,

My name is Zayna and my grandmother Lelia Perez and our family are experiencing an incredibly difficult time. Just a couple weeks ago our family and grandmother Lelia found out she has Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) – A type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow with excess immature white blood cells. Just 2 months ago, she had no signs of cancer and it spread quickly.

Lelia is deeply loved by many in our community who gives to everyone and never asks for anything in return. She is a fighter and is wanting to proceed with treatments to fight this cancer head on. The treatments she needs are a heavy penny and with Lelia and her husband unable to work, there’s not enough funds for hospital visits, medication, and for commute on top of the usual cost of living expenses.

We are humbly asking for any help you can provide my grandparents to take some stress off their shoulders. Every donation -big or small- will go directly toward medical bills, daily living expenses, and helping my grandparents stay afloat while they adjust to this new chapter. If you can donate, we appreciate it more than words can say. If you can’t, sharing this page would mean so much to us as well. We appreciate any effort made towards this difficult time for our family.

We ask for prayers & keep her in your thoughts. Thank you for your continued love & support.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
