Yes, you read that right. BRAIN SURGERY. We all knew something was wrong with Maitlen’s weirdo noggin (I don’t think any of us expected it to be medically correct), but here we are, in a position to help our good buddy go through something cartoonishly difficult.

She didn’t want to ask for help, and so she didn’t, but she is allowing her good friends to set up this fundraiser to make recovery as stress-free as possible. You know, one of those easy breezy brain surgery situations, where instead of wondering how she will get her basic needs met she can just focus on healing her ol’ coconut.
