Support Julie Brayton: Artist Fighting Cancer

My name is Taylor and my sisters and I wanted to put something together for our mom, Julie Brayton. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer despite being healthy and active her entire life. Luckily, she has 4 daughters who would do anything for her, but we are realizing it’s still not enough, so that’s why we decided to put together this fundraiser.

As some of you may know, my mother is a full-time artist. The summer is the season she makes her money for the entire year! Her treatment started late May, so the timing is far from perfect. It is expected to go through until the end of July if all goes as planned, but she soon realized just a few treatments in, it’s going to affect her ability to work. While we, her daughters, are moving our schedules around to be available to help, it still won’t guarantee her normal income.

We are aware there is help through cancer associations, but we realized for rent and utilities it only goes so far. So, the number we came up with is covering a year of rent, utilities, and some other basic needs like groceries, gas, etc.

We are all spread very thin when it comes to money, but anything you could spare to help would be amazing. This will relieve a lot of stress for my mom so she can focus on getting better.

Please share so we can get the word out to help.

Thank you for your generosity.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
