My name is Joe I am stage 5 kidney disease I have an 11-year-old son that I am raising on my own and making trips making trips back and forth to kidney doctor appointments and surgeon appointments I am on a fixed income it is hard for me to get the money up to make trips to the appointments and I got to have a fundraiser to reach a certain goal before I can have the surgery.
