On Monday, June 2nd, at the age of 25, through a routine blood draw, Jeremy was told that he most likely had blood cancer, or leukemia. He and his wife, Allison and daughter, Delilah (13 months) immediately went to the May Clinic for further testing.
On Friday, June 6th, it was confirmed that he has AML (acute myeloid leukemia) and needed immediate treatment.
On Tuesday, June 10th, he was admitted to the Mayo hospital to begin his chemotherapy and other treatments. The doctors expect him to be in the hospital for at least a month.
Jeremy works for St. Louis County and will not be able to work for at least a couple of months. His wife, Allison, was laid off due to school budget cuts. We want to bless them by helping with travel, lodging, medical expenses, and regular bills.
