My family and I are walking through something we never expected. Over the weekend, my sweet, strong mama had a stroke. She’s the most God-fearing woman I know — someone who loves Jesus, my dad, and our family with everything in her.
If you know my mom, you know she’s a fast-moving, fast-talking force of nature. So seeing her slowed down like this has been hard — but if anyone can bounce back with fire in her spirit, it’s her.
She’ll be starting rehab soon, and we’re believing in full healing through the power of the Lord. In the meantime, we’ve set up this fundraiser to help with medical expenses and the financial strain this has put on our family. I came home from Tennessee to be with them, and for now, none of us are able to work.
