Support for 93-Year-Old’s Post-Surgery Care

My 93-year-old father had to have emergency surgery and had a colostomy done after having a previous surgery 2 weeks prior. On top of that, he has a heart condition. Both he and my mother live in a rural area in Mexico, and it is very hard for any of us to be there caring for them. He needs a nurse to help him through the recovery. Since we had to pay for the two surgeries upfront, we are low on funds. We are asking anyone willing to help cover the costs of a nurse and medical supplies.

This man has been a wonderful father. He is always willing to help anyone in need. I have learned the meaning of service from both Mom and Dad. My hope is that he gets the best possible care during this trying time he is going through.
