Hi. My name is Ana Elizabeth, mother of Angel Ezziel, who was born on 7/6/07. A little under a month away from his 18th birthday, June 10th to be exact, my world came crumbling down on me. The most feared words for any mother were given to me by a doctor: “Angel has Stage 2 Germ cell tumor Mediastinum.” A relatively rare cancer that tends to be more common in teenagers between the ages of 15-19. Leaving me faced with life-changing moments, a family to continue to support, and a heavy heart.
