Hi, my name is Diana Gandia! Thank you so much for taking a moment to read my story.
Two years ago, I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, an autoimmune disease that causes the body to attack its own tissues. I’ve been managing it the best I can, but recently, my journey took a more challenging turn.
My lupus has progressed to Lupus Nephritis, which means my kidneys are now affected, along with other organs. It’s been a tough adjustment, and treatment has become more intense—requiring chemotherapy, medication, and ongoing medical care. While this isn’t an easy road, I’m staying strong and focused on getting through it one day at a time.
As I step back from work to prioritize my health, I’m raising funds to help cover:
• Medical expenses
• Chemo sessions and medications
• Specialist visits and supportive care
Every bit of support—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page—helps lighten the load and make a huge impact. I believe in better days ahead, and I’m deeply grateful for the love and encouragement from my community.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for standing by me in this difficult chapter of my life. Your love, support, and prayers mean more to me than I could ever say.
