Hi, my name is Dusty Maria, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible father, **Derrick German**.
Our family is facing one of the toughest seasons of our lives. My dad has recently been diagnosed with **chronic kidney disease (CKD)** and **congestive heart failure**. What began as high blood pressure and labored breathing quickly escalated into something far more serious. After many ER visits and exhausting attempts to push through, he’s now unable to work and is awaiting disability support—which can take months to be approved.
If you know my dad, you know he’s always been a provider and a hard worker. He ran his own mechanical insulation business for years, supported local trades, and gave his time and energy to others whenever he could—all while raising a family of five. He’s the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back without a second thought.
Now, he’s the one who needs a helping hand.
