I’m reaching out to ask for your support for my cousin David, a kind and strong young man from Panama who is living with neurofibromatosis — a rare, incurable genetic disorder that causes painful and sometimes dangerous tumors to grow on his nerves.

Sadly, Panama does not have the specialized care or resources needed to treat this condition. David urgently needs to travel abroad to receive proper medical attention and improve his quality of life.

This journey is not easy — emotionally or financially. The cost of treatment, travel, and ongoing care is far beyond what our family can afford alone. That’s why we’re asking for your help.
