Hello everyone, my name is Desiree and for those that know me, I am the wife of Quillian Cooper, but he goes by Cooper. Cooper is a loving and very hardworking husband and father to our 4 sons. Unexpectedly, on Thursday, June 5th, Cooper collapsed and the ambulance was called. Once they arrived, they were able to treat him right away and take him to Cape Coral Hospital where he was diagnosed with a severe case of rhabdomyolysis, tachycardia, SVT, and kidney failure. While in the hospital, he had to be on oxygen, a heart monitor, and have several tests done. Cooper had to have testing to check his CPK levels, kidneys, heart, and overall body. He was seen by many internal medicine physicians and specialists such as cardiologists and nephrologists. Now that he is finally home, he has to be on bed rest with no strenuous activities, with blood work testing every other day and further testing such as stress tests, CTA, echos, etc., until further notice. In the meantime, he has several appointments to follow up with as well. Him being out of work and having to put a pause to his business, and myself having to take off work to be able to help him get around, we will be needing help with medical expenses/bills, day-to-day expenses, daily bills, and medication expenses, etc. Me and our children almost lost the most important person in our lives, and we are just grateful to our Heavenly Father that he saved him and let him stay here with us.
Any amount is appreciated at this time, but if you are not able to help with a donation, sharing our story is enough and we would be forever grateful.
