Hi, my name is Abby and I am a mom of two boys. One is four, and the one pictured is Cooper. Cooper is my sweet two-year-old little boy who was born at 35 weeks due to complications and spent some time in the NICU. His lungs, since birth, have had a really hard time getting stronger, so he has issues with breathing and with his oxygen dropping to extremely dangerously low levels to the point he turns blue and becomes hospitalized. After many surgeries and tests, they have found the main problem and will be doing the surgery needed to fix it. He has had so many surgeries and tests in his little life, and his lungs really struggle worse after each surgery. So, the doctors and surgeons wanted to prepare us for what could come since this is a major surgery. I, his mom Abby, will be out of work until he is able to come home from the hospital and recover.
