Support Coach Gilbert’s Heart Transplant Journey

Gilbert Sanchez is a tennis enthusiast who is the head tennis coach at Tampa Preparatory School and conducts private lessons with players of all ages. He has battled health issues over the past several years and is now in need of a heart transplant. During this time, he has continued his passion for tennis and coaching without skipping a beat. He is one of the most positive people you will ever meet, and his energy is contagious to those around him.

The costs for his prescriptions, hospital stays, and inevitable heart transplant are something that have added stress to Coach Gilbert. The goal of this fundraiser is to offset all of the financial burdens of his health issues so he can focus on his health. They are unable to put him on a heart transplant list until the financial costs are secured. This is not something that anyone should have to worry about. Any donation to reach our goal would be appreciated.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
