A dear friend has been stricken with leukemia, endured treatment once, went into remission for a very short time, and has been diagnosed again. He is a single father with a son still in high school. He has raised his children alone since one was a toddler and the other was an infant. He’s kind and generous and a second dad to all of his son’s friends. His career as a hunting guide is over as the disease has disabled him from doing what he knows best. He’s in a care facility 3 hours from home and worried about losing everything and his son being put out of their home. Any help anyone offers is greatly appreciated by their family.
