Hello, my name is Candice. The man pictured is my Dad. He has been sick for about a year and 6 months. We found out in 2023 that he had a bad heart only running at 30 percent. We also found out that he had a growth in his brain which was causing seizures. They focused on getting his heart working better before addressing the growth in his brain. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much they could do. They installed a defibrillator in his chest and put him on a bunch of heart medication to stabilize his heart, but it wasn’t enough to make it strong enough for brain surgery. They also put him on seizure medicine and said to come back in a year for another brain scan.
Skip ahead a year and the tumor is now invading his brain, causing him to have multiple seizures a day even on seizure meds. Surgery became his only option. He made it through surgery, but there have been all kinds of complications. He has insurance, but the medical bills are going to be astronomical. So I am asking for help if you can please donate to help with his medical bills. If you can’t donate, please share so others might. My Dad is the strongest man I have ever known and to see him like this is devastating.
