Support Caín’s Fight Against Leukemia

Hello, my name is Ely, and I’m reaching out with deep humility and hope in my heart. My 3-year-old son, Caín Hernández, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on April 17, 2025. This diagnosis came after a previous autism diagnosis when he was just 18 months old.

Since his leukemia diagnosis, Caín was hospitalized for 40 days at Hospital Premier, where he bravely underwent his first 13 rounds of chemotherapy during the induction phase. He is now preparing to begin the consolidation phase, which will include several 5-day hospital stays with rest periods in between, over the next 6 months.

Following this, we will begin the maintenance phase, a treatment plan that will extend for two and a half years. This journey is long and difficult, and while we are full of faith and determination, we are facing significant emotional and financial challenges.

We are asking for your support to help us cover medical expenses, travel costs, medications, and other necessities that are not covered. Any amount—no matter how small—will make a difference in Caín’s life.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing with us in this fight for Caín’s health.

With gratitude,

Ely (Caín’s Mom)

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
