I never do these kinds of posts, and it’s not easy to ask for help — but after what happened recently, I felt like I had to reach out.
On Memorial Day this year, my dad suffered a stroke that’s left our family reeling. He’s currently recovering, but it’s a long, uncertain road ahead — physically, emotionally, and financially.
My dad is the hardest-working person I know. He’s worked in HVAC full-time for years, and still finds time to take on two or more side jobs nearly every single day. He wakes up at 4 a.m. and doesn’t go to sleep until midnight — day in and day out. Holidays, weekends — it didn’t matter. He worked through them all just to keep things going and still tried to give his family everything he could.
He’s the kind of person who puts others first, always. And now he’s the one who needs a little help.
We’re doing what we can to support him, but between hospital bills, therapy, lost income, and day-to-day expenses, it’s been overwhelming. If you’re in a position to donate — even a small amount — it would make a real difference. If you’re not, sharing this is just as meaningful.
Thank you so much for reading and for any support you can give. It truly means more than you know.
With gratitude,
Ariane Hope
