Hi, my name is Alicia and I’m starting this fundraiser to help my boyfriend and me with our expenses during this trying time.
My boyfriend has been dealing with renal failure since he was born. He has already had one kidney transplant when he was 19 years old. He has been on dialysis again now for five years, three times a week, due to his kidney failing again. He currently has no kidney function and no output except through his dialysis procedures. Last fall, he was put on the donor list. He is blood type O and hasn’t received a match yet.
Due to his regular dialysis appointments and medical conditions, times have been tough lately. We are not the type to ask for help; however, I am now at a point where we need help. His medications are expensive and insurance doesn’t cover everything. He had been working; however, at times, that is tough to do. Please consider our family and the help we are asking for.
