Stand with Barb: Conquer Breast Cancer Together

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I never imagined I’d be writing this, but today, I’m reaching out on behalf of the most loving, generous, and courageous woman I know our grandma/Barb.

Recently, our family received news that turned our world upside down: my grandmother has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The diagnosis came as a shock. One moment she was her usual self—laughing with her grandkids about old stories, and cuddling her sweet pup Maggie—and the next, we were sitting in a doctor’s office, hearing the words no one ever wants to hear.

Despite the fear and uncertainty, our grandma faces this battle with unmatched grace and strength. She has treatment scheduled, which includes surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. The road ahead is long and challenging, but she is determined to fight with everything she has. And we are determined to fight alongside her.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of her treatment is overwhelming. Between medical bills, medications, transportation to and from appointments, and the cost of everyday living, it’s more than our family can manage alone. She’s on a fixed income, and the expenses continue to mount.

That’s why we’re turning to this community—to friends, family, and kind souls who may not know us personally but believe in compassion and the power of standing together.

We are asking for your help. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward covering Grandma’s medical expenses and supporting her through this fight. If you’re unable to give, sharing this campaign with others means the world to us, too.

Our grandmother has spent her life taking care of others—raising a family, helping neighbors, volunteering in the community. Now it’s our turn to take care of her.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading, sharing, and supporting. Your kindness gives us hope, strength, and the reminder that we are not alone.

With love and gratitude,

The Hite Family

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
