Hi, my name is Roxy, and I’m the proud mama of Santi — our sweet and resilient 2-year-old who was born with Moebius Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that causes facial paralysis and affects muscle control, including his ability to smile, blink, and eat on his own.
Santi is one of the strongest kids you’ll ever meet. He’s been through so much in his short life — including being born with bilateral facial paralysis, clubfoot, two brain bleeds, an arachnoid cyst, low muscle tone, and a G-tube to safely eat. Despite all of this, he continues to shine with a spirit that has touched millions online through his story.
We’re raising funds now to begin preparing for facial reconstruction surgery that he’ll likely need around age 4. This surgery will help give him the ability to smile — something most of us take for granted. Funds will also go toward:
• Ongoing medical care and therapies
• Travel to specialized hospitals and specialists
• Lubricating eye drops and wound care supplies
• Adaptive equipment for daily living
Santi has become a symbol of hope and love for so many, and we’re humbled by the support he’s already received through our social media community. If you’re able to donate or even share this page, it means the world to our family.
Thank you for helping us give Santi every chance to thrive — and someday, to smile back at the world
With love,
Roxy, April & the rest of Team Santi
