This is Rilynn who is a 3 year old in need of a new wheelchair as she has just out grown the previous one. Rilynn was born with Sacral Agenesis which means that she was born without part of her lower spine. She will never be able to walk and will always be wheelchair dependent. The wheelchair is called a ZipZac II and is 1900 on Amazon. This is the type she just out grew and has down very well getting around in this type of chair for the past 2 years.
