My name is Andrea. A few days ago, my world was completely turned upside down when my home—the place I had always considered my refuge and greatest source of security—burned down due to an unexpected electrical failure. The loss was devastating, and in an instant, everything I had built with effort and love was reduced to ashes.
We lost much more than walls and furniture: my children’s toys, their favorite storybooks, clothes, stuffed animals, and all the memories we had treasured. Everything that represented their childhood and our happiest moments vanished in the fire.
We are currently staying with friends who have kindly offered their support during this difficult time. To begin rebuilding our lives, we’ve created a fund—with great effort—to raise the resources needed for the demolition and cleanup of the property. Only by taking this step can we begin to rebuild what the fire took from us.
