My name is ashley Burke and I am a young adult living in port Macquarie. I spent a large portion of my life in hospital and worked extremely hard to find my way out and create a life for myself. I have spent the last few years living and working independently and have been doing much better with my health, but unfortunately recently there has been some complications with my medication and I am needing to go back to hospital for a while to adjust the medication and hopefully get back on my feet.
I live completely independently and pay for everything myself, from the roof over my head to the socks on my feet, I work hard 7 days a week as a resturant dishie and housekeeper to survive, but like most I am living pay check to pay check and will not have enough money to keep up with my payments whilst in hospital. I have carefully calculated how much I will need to get by considering how long I will be away, and I am hoping to raise about $3000 so that I can go to the hospital and sort out my health for a better future, whilst also keeping up with rent, bills, car, my kitty cat, etc.
