Raising funds for Ryleigh’s need for residential treatment

As many of you know my sweet girl Ryleigh has been struggling with behavior and mental health issues for several years. More recently she has had several inpatient hospital stays at mental health facilities. At this time the staff where she is currently an inpatient is recommending residential treatment as the next step for her. They as well as I believe that a long term (typically 12-15 months) residential would be the best option to help meet her current needs. While I do have private health insurance, none of the residential treatment centers are in network with her insurance plan, meaning that they do not contract with her insurance company and therefore will not accept her into their program even though she is a good fit for treatment. The only other option I have at this point is to get her placement in a facility that does not take insurance; however, the cost of tuition is ranges anywhere from $6,000-$8,000 a month. As a single mom there is no way that I can afford this kind of treatment without the help of family and friends. I know that the amount I am looking to raise is quite high, but all I want to do as Ryleigh’s mom is to get her the help she desperately needs. I went back and forth on whether to even do this because a big part of me feels guilty for asking for help when I know people have their own needs to consider. However, any amount that you could give would be appreciated more than you will ever know. Thank you in advance for anything you are able to do

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
