Rachel Strong

Many are aware that our precious Rachel Richardson Watts is in her third battle with Cancer since the age of 15. She is in a desperate fight and is clinging to the HOPE that our God promises and doing so with that beautiful smile on her face. We are so blessed by the outpouring of love, concern, and prayers for her and our families! Meals have been provided in abundance and we are so grateful to our tribes for their love, concern, prayers and thoughtfulness. Rachel returning to teach in August is questionable and medical leave may be necessary. Being forced to deal with new financial obligations is also a heavy burden, especially when you are battling this dreadful disease. Her husband Nathan is self-employed and is navigating work, caring for her and being present with their two children Norah and Deacon. The desire of our heart is for Rachel to be able to focus on healing and recovery without dealing with financial stress. So many friends and family have expressed love for her and a desire to help and we believe this is the most impactful way. If you feel led to give financially, we know it will be a blessing to them. More importantly, we covet your prayers over her in the days and weeks ahead as she receives treatment and recovers.

John 10:10 ‘The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly’

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
