Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear Mom, Brinda Reddy, who recently went through an incredibly difficult and life-threatening medical emergency. After weeks of worsening symptoms and pain, She was rushed to the ER where the doctors decided she had to be rushed into life-saving surgery where they discovered a black mass the size of a baseball in her colon. The news devasted and shocked us, but we are holding on to faith and helping her fight this battle. The doctors confirmed the surgery as the only option to remove the mass. The good news is, she made it through the surgery — but the road to recovery is long, painful, and uncertain.
While she fights to heal physically and emotionally, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming. The cost of surgery, hospital stays, follow-up treatments, medications, and time off work is more than anyone should have to face alone.
My mom isn’t just my mother – she’s been my everything. As a single mom for 20 years, she has worked tirelessly day and night with a single source of income yet nurturing me with uncompromised love, catering to my needs and passions, sacrificing her everything. Her kindness, strength and compassion have touched so many lives over the years.
As much as I wish I could shoulder this alone, I am not able to do so as I am a college student, hence I am requesting your help and all funds collected will go directly toward medical bills, recovery expenses, and helping her get back on her feet.
If you’re not able to donate, please consider sharing this with your friends and family. Every bit of support matters.
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you with gratitude,
Rishabh.
