Please Help Him Walk Again

My husband had an accident on January 30th of this year. He was in the Trauma/Burn ICU at UAB Hospital fighting to survive. He had multiple surgeries to repair his internal organs as well as rebuilding his abdominal wall and skin grafts over the stomach. Thankfully, he is now home. However, he has lost a kidney, some intestines, and the use of the right leg and left arm due to amputation and a shattered pelvis. We understand in time, he will walk again. I am currently his caregiver and have not been able to work. The medical bills and regular bills are stacking up and unfortunately, my rainy day fund has been depleted and I’m running out of options. His appointments, therapy, and care take all my time. We are in need of getting these medical bills paid to continue his care and maintain regular bills like utilities, water, insurance, groceries, etc. Anything and everything is greatly appreciated.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
