Lance’s Wheels Need Urgent Repair

My name is Lance. I am in the hospital and will need a lot of followup Dr visits. I use a wheeldhair to get around and my van is broke down and needs a new motor. My only income is a monthly disability payment which only goes so far. I don’t have any family that has money to help me either. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
