Hey everyone, I wanted to give a big update on myself and babygirl as most know we are expecting our new bundle of joy, but it may be sooner than expected. I was diagnosed with placenta previa which had caused me to have a major bleed out on may 3rd and it was a very traumatic event. I have been taking it very very easy but despite all the precautions I have been taking my water broke at 23 weeks and 3 days which I was then diagnosed with PPROM. We are unsure as to why my water broke but with me being high risk I was given magnesium drip to stop the labor and transferred to Riley hospital which is where I have to stay until baby decides to make her arrival. We want her to stay in until I’m 34 weeks which is 10 weeks from now but she has had her own plans this pregnancy so we are now expecting the unexpected! Just when we thought this is where it stopped unfortunately it didn’t, I had an ultrasound done and as of what the doctors are seeing is she may have a clubbed right foot, no left foot, and with me not having any fluid it’s very hard to get clear images of her hands. With this being said I am in complete disbelief, and what is harder is I have an almost 2 year old that is staying with family that misses mommy so much and Chase has to work to cover our home life and is not able to be here with me. I wanted to make a fundraiser to see if our family, friends, and community can help make this situation as easy as it can be. All of our funds will be used towards all of mine and baby girls medical expenses as she will immediately be taken to the NICU, regular home bills, my son’s food, clothing, and diapers, as well as what I will need for baby girl when she makes her arrival. I will also add my baby registry and Hendrix’s birthday registry as my little guy turns 2 on June 23rd and I will not be able to be there for it. If you cannot donate money we are very appreciative of hand me downs for Hendrix, homemade blankets or hats, canned goods or meals, regular at home needs ranging from soap to dog food, or any crafts to keep me busy on this journey!
