Hello everyone, I am starting this fundraiser for Katherine. As we all know, Katherine uses a wheelchair and scooter. Currently, she is in need of a new scooter and unfortunately, her insurance does not cover the cost. She is taking a City Bus to take Quinn to school and get around to stores, etc., and her current scooter is not ADA approved. Recently, she experienced a fall on the City Bus because her scooter doesn’t have the proper straps to hold her in place. She could lose her ability to use the bus if this is not fixed. I am super proud of Katherine for all of the hurdles she has overcome with her disease and taking such amazing care of Quinn, but she could use some help and would never ask herself. We are all currently experiencing the struggles of the world’s financial burdens but I would really appreciate coming together to try and make this happen for her without the extra stress for her. It is nearly impossible for her to live on state aid, take such great care of Quinn, and afford these extra necessities without some additional love and support from the ones that love her. Anything will help. Love you all.
