Hi, everyone my name is Yana. After being seriously injured in a car accident in 2023 I have been desperately pursuing my legal entitlements to access the medical care I so desperately need and should be entitled to under the law and the policy I paid for out of my hard eared money.
As a single working mother I tried my hardest to do what I could to get ahead in life, paying my bills and minding my own business. One morning out of nowhere I was hit by a young driver who made a bad decision this particular morning that left me with permanent spinal cord/nerve damage and debilitating pain. Sadly, as I haven’t had proper care I went on to loose my leg amongst other tragic circumstances.
When it became clear that my injuries were significant the insurer reviewed my file for anything they could use against me. As a child I was sexually abused by a family member and went on to get justice, however this is in their eyes the perfect excuse to not pay people what they are entitled to.
Even now with countless reports from doctors that they have engaged to review me that unequivocally say they are responsible for my injuries they continue to delay my matter years and years in order to get me to accept a drastically reduced settlement.
