Hi, my name is Jessica. I am fundraising for vision and dental expenses since I do not have coverage for it, and because I don’t have an income, I do not qualify for vision or dental assistance. I urge to see an eye doctor for vision concerns. In the past year, I have visited the optometrist and the ophthalmologist for many symptoms. Although everything seemed to be fine at that time, now I have often been getting headaches, facial pain, and dizziness, and my vision is changing. I have also noticed that the area that produces tears is detached. I need a consultation, an eye exam, glasses, diagnosis, and possible treatment/surgery if needed ASAP.
