Hi, my name is Daisy, and I’m raising funds to help my father, Rogelio, who recently underwent a below-the-knee amputation and now uses a wheelchair. He is 76 years old and lives with my mother in a mobile home on the outskirts of Stroud, Oklahoma.
Right now, their home does not have a wheelchair ramp, which makes it extremely difficult—and unsafe—for my dad to enter and exit the house.
My siblings and I are doing everything we can to find help, including reaching out to churches and community programs, but we’ve realized we may need to raise funds to make this happen as soon as possible.
We’ve set a goal of $2,400 to cover the cost of materials and labor for a safe, permanent wheelchair ramp. Any donation—no matter the amount—would mean the world to us. If you’re unable to give, sharing this campaign with others would be a huge help.
We’re so grateful for your time, kindness, and support. Thank you for helping our dad regain a little bit of his independence and safety.
With heartfelt thanks,
Daisy & Family
