On April 10, my husband Tim went into cardiac arrest and spent a week on a ventilator. Since then, our lives have changed completely. Tim is now able to walk without a walker, but he still needs help getting up and requires my care around the clock. Because of his condition, he hasn’t been able to work since April, and I’ve had to stay home to care for him full-time.
Last week, Tim’s health insurance was dropped, which has made things even more stressful. As a diabetic, he urgently needs his insurance to manage his health, but we can’t afford to reactivate it. With no income coming in, our rent, utilities, and grocery bills are piling up, and we’re falling further behind each week. We’re reaching out for help to cover these essential expenses and to get Tim’s insurance back so he can continue his recovery.
Any support you can give will help us keep our home, put food on the table, and make sure Tim gets the care he needs. Thank you for reading our story and for any help you can offer during this difficult time.
