We are reaching out on behalf of Steven Kumar, a 43-year-old loving husband and proud father to a 7-year-old daughter. Steven has always been the rock of his family — gentle, hardworking, and deeply caring. Today, he is fighting for his life, and he needs your help.

What Happened?
Steven has been battling Chronic Liver Disease (CLD), but in recent weeks, his condition has taken a serious and heartbreaking turn.
• He suffered a brain bleed (left frontoparietal intracerebral hemorrhage) with mild brain swelling.
• He has been placed on and off the ventilator over the past few days as his condition fluctuates.
• A tracheostomy (surgical airway tube) was performed on May 27, 2025, to help him breathe.
He is currently receiving critical care through a combination of treatment at Fortis Hospital and PGI Chandigarh. However, with hospital costs mounting and insurance coverage now exhausted, Fortis has advised continuing care at home.
Steven is now under round-the-clock nurse supervision at home — a more economical option that also allows him to be surrounded by his loved ones during this difficult time.
