Help Secure a Power Scooter for Mobility

Hi! I’m John Goyne – 65 years old. I’ve lived in Central Washington my whole life. I last worked as the mechanic for Chelan County Fire for 20 years until I was diagnosed with stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer 2 years ago. The chemo has kept things mostly under control but I’ve become unsteady on my feet and use a walker and wheelchair which limits me to getting outside since the wheelchair wheels sink into the sand and hangs up on the smallest of rocks where I live. Also, my arms give out pretty quick while wheeling myself and my wife has limited energy, so I am HUMBLY asking for your help in purchasing a Scooter capable of battling the terrain and that can carry my over 6′ body. I’m on social security and it would take years to save up for one. If the times comes that I no longer can use it it will be passed on to another in need.

GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
