Hi, my name is Oludare Jidahun, and I’m reaching out to you today with a heavy heart. I am raising funds for my beloved younger sister, Bukola, who has been battling chronic kidney disease (CKD) for over a year. Bukola is a widow with three young children, and since her diagnosis, her life has been turned upside down.
She is currently undergoing dialysis, which is incredibly costly, and her condition has reached a critical stage where a kidney transplant is her only hope for survival. However, the expenses associated with both dialysis and the transplant are overwhelming and beyond her ability to afford.
The Situation:
For the past year, I have been the one financially supporting Bukola through her dialysis treatment. The cost of each session, along with the preparations for a transplant, has been taking a severe toll on my own finances. Despite my best efforts, I have already exhausted my savings and investments to ensure that she continues to receive the care she needs.
Unfortunately, the costs of her treatment are simply too high, and without additional help, Bukola will not be able to get the transplant she desperately needs. If she does not receive this life-saving procedure, her health will continue to decline, and we risk losing her.
How the Funds Will Be Used:
The funds raised will go directly toward:
Dialysis treatment costs
Kidney transplant surgery (including medical fees, medications, and hospital stays)
Post-transplant care and medication to prevent organ rejection
Transportation to medical appointments and other related expenses
Why We Need Your Help:
This is an urgent situation, and time is running out. Bukola is a mother, a sister, and a strong woman who has always been there for those she loves. Now, she needs us. Your donation will provide her with the life-saving treatment she desperately needs.
Please consider contributing whatever you can. No amount is too small, and if you can’t donate, sharing this campaign with others will mean the world to us.
Thank you for taking the time to read Bukola’s story and for any support you can offer. We are forever grateful
